Starting from Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella path, slightly wavy, winds on the most secluded streets to explore the charming villages, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves that characterize the hilly landscape. Near Negrar we will face a short climb with a maximum of 15% tip. Negrar, known for its fine wines Recioto, it is home to the international cycling race "Palio del Recioto". Pedaled a rise of 6 km with an average gradient of 6% is necessary to arrive at the Ponte di Veja. In the exclusive village of San Giorgio Valpolicella, with its ancient stone Romanesque church, dating from the eighth-ninth century, we will be able to taste fine wines and local produce.
